Throughout my career, I had the opportunity to manage businesses in both the Health and Retail sectors. This journey has given me valuable insights into the industry's dynamics and challenges. Working with diverse teams and fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment, I believe promotes growth and efficiency.
My primary goal has always been to provide a quality service that exceeds patient expectations. By focusing on delivering professional and caring experiences, I strive to create an environment that prioritizes patient well-being and satisfaction.

In addition to my managerial roles, I have also been a proud owner and operator of my own business. This venture has given me a deep understanding of the complexities involved in running and sustaining a successful enterprise whilst balancing ownership and operational responsibilities.

I am a proud member of the Australian Association of Practice Management (AAPM) and a member of General Practice Expert Advisory Group (GPEAG) with North West Melbourne PHN.

Outside of my professional life, I believe in maintaining a well-rounded lifestyle for personal and professional growth. I enjoy Pilates, camping and walks in nature for unwinding and rejuvenating.
